Leading an agency program aligned to support the application Integration and deployment to modernize and streamline public application and payment processing. This initiative involves managing an inter-agency team, including Business Analysts, Software Developers, Application Specialists, and Financial Analysts. Our primary goals were to finalize requirements, enhance a purchased software package to efficiently handle system requests, and realign our project maintenance operations to Agile methodology. Additionally, we introduced a new project to develop a portal for public domain requests and application processing.
